In 2020, Novartis is also able to offer a limited number of non-promotional training and capability development programmes available for healthcare teams who meet the eligibility criteria via our Advance+ programme. The programmes are Novartis funded and the transfer of value will be publicly disclosed.
The programme offers modular courses with workshops tailored to the needs of your local team. 2 courses are available: business skills for the NHS and understanding the NHS.

From Oct 2020 until July 2021, Novartis is also able to offer a limited number of third party facilitated non-promotional virtual service improvement programmes, the SIP SPRINT, available for healthcare teams working in rheumatology and/or dermatology services who meet the eligibility criteria. The programmes are funded and organised by Novartis Pharmaceuticals UK Limited as Medical Education Goods and Services and Novartis has contracted Apodi, a third party, to deliver the programme. The transfer of value will be publicly disclosed.
The SIP SPRINT MEGS comprises 3 x 90 mins virtual workshops with the NHS project team (up to 5 relevant members of the healthcare team to include members with responsibility for service design, delivery and implementation) to identify key issues and challenges within the service, identify possible solutions and discuss solution implementation. The programme also includes consultation with external experts to discuss challenges identified in service and potential solutions and additional optional 1:1 60min interviews with other members of the MDT/ Department to supplement workshops.
