Placements are designed to span one year where our trainees work in a specific role working on projects within divisions such as Oncology, Market Access, Medical, Integrated Hospital Care, Quality Assurance and Alcon. Who we are looking for
To be considered for our 1-Year Placement opportunities you must be a recent graduate or second year undergraduate with a keen focus in Healthcare, Business, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Quality or people management (HR) and be able to demonstrate the following:
a science-based background or focus is desirable
excellent interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork
excellent influencing skills with a strong desire to enhance your business skills
some relevant work experience is desirable but not essential, preferably within your area of interest
astute analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
flexibility on work location and possible aspirations for future global moves
