Apprenticeships are designed to span between 2-3 years depending on the qualification achieved. Our Apprentices will work in a specific role within divisions such as HR Operations, Alcon and ChemOps (Pharmaceutical Chemical Operations).

Who we are looking for
To be considered for our apprenticeship opportunities you must have recently completed your A Levels or Btech and have a keen interest in healthcare. We expect apprentices to be able to demonstrate the following:
a science-based background or focus is desirable
excellent interpersonal skills, communication and teamwork
excellent influencing skills with a strong desire to enhance your business skills
some relevant work experience is desirable but not essential, preferably within your area of interest
astute analytical skills and an aptitude for problem solving
flexibility on work location and possible aspirations for future global moves
