Working at Novartis requires having the passion, purpose and ambition to improve lives with your ideas. Those creative solutions are then able to flourish when rooted in our nurturing environment.
That is why we recruit Masters of Business Administration (MBAs) from leading Business Schools directly into experienced hire positions, as well as for our accelerated Leadership Development Programme – customised programmes which develop our top MBA talent through a series of rotational assignments for future leadership roles within our organisation.
