I was attracted to the Novartis graduate scheme and to Novartis as an organisation based on the company’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of science and making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives. Being part of a high performing team and learning from my colleagues has helped me create my own strong development plan, as well as strengthen my existing skill set.”
