What did you enjoy most about the graduate scheme? “The main attraction of the Novartis graduate scheme was the level of immediate responsibility I was given. The culture at Novartis UK is really positive. I’ve enjoyed the inclusive and supportive nature of the team which allowed me to contribute to our work from day one.”
What advice would you offer to future applicants of the Novartis UK graduate scheme? “My advice to future applicants would be to research the industry and Novartis before applying for the scheme. This is crucial not only for the application process but will allow you to really capitalise on your time with the company and begin to shape your own careers with specific roles. Applicants should be open minded and join with a willingness to learn and challenge themselves.”
