Your Health

If you have a question about your medicine or you are worried about your health or medical treatment. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. They will be in the best position to be able to help you.  If your doctor or pharmacist would like additional information on your medicine in order to answer your questions, we would, of course, be happy to provide it for him/her upon request.

Code of Practice

As members of the pharmaceutical industry, Novartis is restricted by a Code of Practice from discussing prescription-only medicines directly with patients, their family, friends or carers.  In addition, we can not discuss specific cases with patients, their family, friends or carers. This restriction has been placed upon us in order to protect the confidentiality that exists between patients and the medically-qualified personnel who care for them.  It would also be inadvisable for anyone who is not completely familiar with a patient’s medical history to offer advice on his or her care.
