We link reward with business and individual success both in the short and long term. This structure is typically composed of three elements: fixed base salary, variable short-term and long-term incentives. The performance-oriented variable parts of the compensation package may take the form of cash, stock options or shares. These are linked to the business results of our Divisions and Business Units, as well as individual performance.
